Taraba State Launches Digital Platforms to Modernize Healthcare

Taraba State Governor Agbu Kefas launched Electronic Medical Records for Secondary Healthcare Facilities (EMR4SHF) and a Human Resources Health (HRH) Database to modernize healthcare delivery. The initiative aims to digitize patient documentation, enhance coordination among healthcare providers, and centralize health workforce data for efficient planning and management.

Governor Kefas highlighted the importance of embracing technology to improve service quality and accessibility in the state's secondary health institutions. The launch ceremony, attended by Health Commissioner Bodiya Gbansheya Buma, signifies a significant step towards leveraging digital platforms to drive healthcare efficiency in Taraba State.
