Taraba State Government Launches School Eye Health Programme to Improve Vision Health Among Schoolchildren

The Taraba State Government has introduced a School Eye Health Programme to enhance early detection and management of vision issues in schoolchildren. Launched in Jalingo during the World Sight Day 2025 commemoration, the initiative is a joint effort with the Nigerian Optometrist Association and the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education.
