Badawair Announces 2027 Senatorial Bid for Taraba North

On Tuesday, Kabiru Bello Badawair formally announced his intention to run for the senatorial seat representing Taraba North in the 2027 general elections. He expressed his desire for a power shift to Ardo-Kola, highlighting that this local government area has not yet occupied the senatorial seat among the six local governments in Taraba North.

Badawair assured constituents of his commitment to quality representation, promising an open-door policy and inclusive leadership if elected. He outlined his legislative agenda, which includes youth empowerment and job creation as key priorities.

Additionally, he called on voters across Taraba North to support his candidacy and the re-election of Governor Agbu Kefa, as well as Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate for the upcoming elections.
