Southern Kaduna Mourns: Seven Youths Buried After Bandit Attack

In Southern Kaduna, seven youths killed by bandits were laid to rest in Unguwan Rimi village, Kauru local government area, Kaduna state. The victims, mostly minors, were buried on Saturday following a terrorist attack the previous week.

The assailants, heavily armed, invaded the village, killing seven residents while several adults managed to escape. This incident comes amidst the Kaduna government's peace pact implementation with notorious bandit leaders.

Around 200 fighters surrendered and were enrolled in a rehabilitation program. The community is gripped by fear and uncertainty regarding their safety following the recent attacks.
