Thugs Disrupt El-Rufai's Political Meeting, Police Investigate Violence

Thugs disrupted a political meeting organized by former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, leading to violence and sporadic gunshots. The police have launched a full investigation into the incident, which occurred during a gathering convened by the Social Democratic Party without proper notification to security agencies.

Despite warnings, the event proceeded, allowing thugs to infiltrate and cause chaos. The police spokesperson, DSP Mansir Hassan, revealed that political thugs associated with the former governor were allegedly involved in the disruption.
