Senator Ndume Criticizes President's Inner Circle, Warns of Northern Region Discontent

Senator Ndume, representing Borno South Senatorial District, expressed concerns about the President's inner circle, blaming them for issues in the Northern region. He highlighted growing dissatisfaction ahead of the 2027 general elections, emphasizing that the state's challenges are not being adequately addressed.

Ndume made these remarks during a television appearance on a prime-time program. He pointed out that lawmakers in the Northern region feel neglected and may express their displeasure through voting in the upcoming electoral cycle.

Despite the criticism, Ndume clarified that he does not hold President Bola Tinubu responsible for the situation, insisting that the issues lie with the President's close associates.
