Nigerian Security Forces Arrest Three ISWAP Recruitment Agents in Borno State

The Nigerian security forces, specifically the troop operation Hadin Kai Joint Task Force in the northeast, arrested three suspected ISWAP recruitment agents in Banki Town, Bama Local Government Area of Borno State. The suspects, allegedly former ISWAP members who claimed to have repented five years ago, were engaging in recruitment activities targeting youths aged 17 to 20.

The arrests were made based on intelligence provided by residents, leading to covert operations and subsequent interrogations for further actions.
