MFM Guitar Choir Celebrates 20th Anniversary with Sports

The Mountain Fire Miracle Ministries (MFM) Guitar Choir celebrated its 20th anniversary with a sports evangelism program that involved members from the Lagos region competing in seven different athletic events. The event, supported by MFM General Overseer Daniel Olukoya and his wife Folashad Olukoya, saw representatives from 30 regions participating in races such as the 100m, 200m, and 400m.

The sports evangelism initiative was designed to discover additional musical talents among choir members and encourage the leveraging of sports alongside musical abilities to promote unity and love across the regions. A total of 18 gold medals were awarded for first-place finishes in the track events.

Additionally, a friendly football match was held between Mountain Top University's 100-level team and the Guitar Choir team, concluding with a score of 4-2 in favor of the university team. The leadership of the Guitar Choir expressed appreciation for the participation of the university's junior football team in the anniversary celebrations.
