Tinubu Praises APC Primaries for Internal Democracy

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu stated that the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries showcased internal democracy, emphasizing the orderly conduct and enthusiasm of party members during the electoral process. He arrived at the venue alongside his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, and was received by Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Lagos APC Chairman Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment Dr.

Jumoke Oduwole, and former Minister of Finance Wale Edun, among other party leaders. Tinubu praised the efforts of electoral officials and security agencies for ensuring a peaceful and credible exercise.

He reiterated the APC's commitment to a transparent and inclusive democratic process, allowing grassroots members the opportunity to freely choose their leaders. Tinubu urged Nigerians to continue supporting democratic institutions to strengthen political stability nationwide and reaffirmed his administration's dedication to democratic ideals and improving the welfare of Nigerians.
