Tinubu Inaugurates Six Major Infrastructure Projects in Lagos

Bola Ahmed Tinubu arrived in Lagos on Wednesday for a two-day work visit, during which he is expected to inaugurate six major infrastructure projects executed by the Lagos State Government. The projects, described as iconic and transformative, were detailed by the Governor's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Oluwaseun Osiyemi.

The scheduled projects for commissioning include the Ojota-Opebi Link Bridge, which is anticipated to significantly ease traffic congestion and provide alternative routes for motorists. Additionally, the Lagos State Geographic Information Service building aims to strengthen land administration and improve digitization processes.

The multi-agency complex at Alausa will create additional office space within the state secretariat, enhancing operational efficiency. Other projects include the Lagos Food Logistics Hub in Abijo, which will modernize agricultural trade, and the Tolu School Complex in Ajegunle, which will upgrade educational facilities.

The Maracana Stadium in Ajegunle will feature 19 mini football pitches to promote grassroots sports and nurture young talent.
