Tinubu to Inaugurate Key Projects in Ogun State Today

On the scheduled visit to Ogun State, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will inaugurate significant projects aimed at transforming the state's infrastructure and economy. The visit includes the inauguration of the Gateway International Airport in Iperu, which is designed to position Ogun State as a major aviation logistics hub in Nigeria.

During the event, Tinubu will officially launch two newly acquired aircraft for Gateway Air, emphasizing the airport's economic potential. Additionally, he will showcase cargo operations and inaugurate various strategic assets, including 1,000 electric bikes and 80 security vehicles to enhance safety.

The visit will also feature the inauguration of the Ilishan-Iperu Airport Road and the reconstruction of the old Ibadan-Sapade-Ilishan Road, which will be named Bola Ahmed Tinubu Expressway. These projects reflect the vision of Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun to build a modern, vibrant economy and improve transportation efficiency in the region.
