Tinubu Launches 36 Schools and 19 Pitches in Lagos

On Thursday, President Bola Tinubu inaugurated a significant educational initiative in Lagos, commissioning 36 schools and 19 football pitches, including the Tolu School Complex, which is recognized as the largest school in Sub-Saharan Africa at a single location. This complex is designed to accommodate 10,000 students and reflects the Lagos State Government's commitment to improving educational infrastructure.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu highlighted the project as a testament to the vision and commitment to enhancing the lives of young citizens. The event also featured the unveiling of the Abijo Food Hub in Ajah along the Ibeju Lekki Expressway.

Other dignitaries present included Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Deputy Governor of Sokoto State Muhammad Gobir, Deputy Governor of Plateau State Josephine Piyo, and various ministers. President Tinubu remarked on the significance of the Tolu School Complex in providing quality education and preparing youth for a competitive modern economy.
