Tinubu Begins Three-Nation Tour for Economic Discussions

President Bola Tinubu departed from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja for an official three-nation tour, which is scheduled to take place from May 11 to May 15, 2023. The first leg of his visit will be to France, where he will engage in high-level discussions at the Africa-France Summit, co-chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron and Kenyan President William Ruto.

The summit will focus on critical issues such as energy transition, digital transformation, and climate action. Following the summit, President Tinubu will travel to Kigali, Rwanda, to participate in the Africa CEO Forum, organized in partnership with international financial corporations, aimed at discussing economic growth and investment across the continent.

During these summits, President Tinubu is expected to deliver statements highlighting his administration's ongoing reforms and Nigeria's commitment to being a prime destination for investment. He will be accompanied by ministers and senior aides on this trip.
