George Akume, underscores Tinubu's commitment to strengthening internal security coordination and enhancing intelligence-driven operations in Nigeria. Major General Famadewa, a highly decorated retired officer with over three decades of distinguished service in military intelligence, has played a pivotal role in shaping Nigeria's modern intelligence coordination framework.

His career includes spearheading the establishment of the Intelligence Fusion Centre and serving as a senior research fellow at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre in Abuja after retirement. President Tinubu expressed confidence that Famadewa's wealth of experience and strategic insight will advance national security objectives and support the administration's renewed hope agenda.
