Tinubu Declares Nigeria in Golden Era of Economic Reforms

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu stated that Nigeria is now in a "golden era" as a result of consistent economic reforms that have stabilized the economy. He made this declaration while receiving a delegation from the Northeast zone, led by Prof.

Babagana Umara Zulum, Governor of Borno State, which included other governors and traditional rulers. Tinubu attributed the success of these reforms to the strong support from sub-national leaders and urged them to enhance their efforts in consolidating these economic gains.

He emphasized the importance of unity in combating terrorism and banditry in the Northeast and called for greater public understanding and participation in the economic growth process. The President also addressed pension issues, promising to clear outstanding payments and ensure the welfare of citizens.

He expressed gratitude to regional leaders, particularly traditional rulers, for their guidance and support during his political journey.
