Tinubu Extends NDLEA Chairman Marwa's Tenure to 2031

President Bola Tinubu has approved the reappointment of Brigadier General Mohammed Buba Marwa (retd) as the Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) until 2031. Marwa, credited with revitalizing the agency since assuming leadership in January 2021, has a long military and public administration career.

He has held various strategic roles, including serving as an aide-de-camp to Lieutenant General Theophilus Danjuma. Marwa's tenure has seen significant achievements, including record drug seizures.
