Tinubu's Reforms Aid Katsina in Project Execution and Salaries

Katsina State Governor Mallam Dikko Radda announced that the economic reforms introduced by President Bola Tinubu are facilitating states in executing significant development projects and fulfilling salary and pension obligations without resorting to borrowing. Speaking at the Tinubu/Dikko Assured 2027 Islamiyya Teachers’ Empowerment programme on Sunday, Radda noted that his administration has completed projects worth over N30 billion without incurring debt.

He emphasized that leadership should be evaluated based on performance rather than political rhetoric. Radda praised Tinubu's reforms, particularly local government financial autonomy, for aiding states in timely project execution and salary payments.

He also announced a personal donation of N10,000 to each of the 690 beneficiaries of the empowerment programme, totaling N7 million. Former Katsina State Governor Aminu Masari supported Radda's statements, asserting that acknowledging Tinubu and Radda's achievements is essential for genuine development.

He cited major federal infrastructure projects as evidence of effective leadership.
