Tinubu Unveils Infrastructure Gains in Ogun State

On Saturday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu inaugurated the Gateway Cargo International Airport in Iperu, Ogun State, showcasing the infrastructure and economic reforms of his administration. He launched two new aircraft for the Gateway Airline and emphasized the importance of investing in infrastructure to benefit Nigerians.

Tinubu commended Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun for his visionary leadership and commitment to the state's development. The president also inaugurated 1,000 electric bikes and tractors, promoting modern transportation and agricultural security.

He praised the Nigeria Customs Service, led by Bashir Adekola Adeniyi, for initiatives enhancing business operations and workforce welfare. Tinubu's administration aims to restore investor confidence through economic reforms, including a unified foreign exchange rate and the removal of fuel subsidies.

He acknowledged the contributions of former President Olusegun Obasanjo and Senator Godswill Akpabio in promoting democracy and economic recovery, highlighting the need for decentralized power transmission to improve the energy sector.
