Tinubu Support Group Launches 2027 Campaign in Lagos

The PBAT Door-To-Door Movement, Southwest, is set to commence its campaign for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections with a 3,000-man Posterity Walk in Lagos. Scheduled for Wednesday at the Lagos Television premises in Agidingbi, Ikeja, the event aims to gather supporters and stakeholders from across the Southwest to kickstart grassroots mobilization for Tinubu’s second term.

Awoyinfa Opeoluwa, the Zonal Secretary of the movement, stated that the event is designed to showcase support for the President and mobilize voters in the region. The Posterity Walk symbolizes unity and determination to support Tinubu’s administration, which has faced criticism over economic challenges.

Participants are encouraged to attend with banners and posters to highlight the administration's efforts towards economic growth and national unity. The movement emphasizes the importance of the Southwest region to Tinubu, who is seeking a second four-year term after being elected in 2023 on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.
