Tinubu Wins Yobe APC Presidential Primary with 253,804 Votes

Bola Tinubu emerged victorious in the Yobe APC presidential primary held on Saturday, receiving 253,804 votes, which accounted for 91.5% of the total registered APC members in the state. Governor Mai Mala Buni announced the results in Damaturu, highlighting that Tinubu defeated his only challenger, Osifo Stanlei, who received zero votes.

Buni described Yobe as a stronghold for the APC and assured that the state would deliver 100% of its votes for Tinubu in the upcoming general elections. He praised the large turnout and peaceful conduct during the primary exercise, which involved participation from APC members across 17 local government areas in Yobe State.

Buni urged the party to replicate this commitment in the general elections, reinforcing the party's dominance in the state and demonstrating loyalty to Tinubu's leadership.
