Tinubu Honors Security Forces for Their Sacrifices

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu expressed his gratitude to members of the Nigerian Armed Forces and various security agencies for their sacrifices in the fight against insecurity in Nigeria. He assured that the nation will not forget their contributions, describing them as a shield protecting Nigerians and preserving the country's peace and stability.

Tinubu praised the courage and commitment of security personnel, including those from the police, Department of State Services, and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, who operate under difficult conditions. He acknowledged the emotional burden faced by families of security personnel due to long absences and uncertainty associated with their duties.

The president paid tribute to personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty, stating that their sacrifices will not be forgotten.
