Tinubu Promises Nationwide Infrastructure Replication

On Tuesday, President Bola Tinubu inaugurated the newly completed N2 transitway linking the central business district in Wuse District, Abuja. During the event, Tinubu vowed to replicate the infrastructure transformation seen in Abuja across the entire country.

He emphasized the importance of critical infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and railways, in stimulating economic growth and improving connectivity, which in turn enhances the quality of life for Nigerians. The new transitway is designed to reduce traffic congestion and improve urban mobility, connecting major commercial districts within the capital.

Tinubu praised Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike for his efforts in driving the ongoing transformation of Abuja and expressed confidence in the implementation of the Abuja master plan. He noted that the project would significantly reduce travel time and create new commercial corridors, contributing to the overall development of the capital city.
