Tinubu Pledges Peace and State Police Creation for Nigeria

Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while accepting the presidential ticket from the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the upcoming 2027 general elections, stated that efforts will not cease until peace is restored across Nigeria. He highlighted the urgent need for the National Assembly to amend the constitution to facilitate the creation of state police.
