Tinubu's Adviser Babalola Visits NISO for Grid Stability

On a recent visit to the Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO) headquarters in Abuja, Lanre Babalola, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Power, engaged in strategic discussions aimed at enhancing the reliability and operational efficiency of Nigeria's national electricity grid. This visit is part of ongoing reforms in Nigeria's power sector, which seek to strengthen the performance of the national grid and improve electricity supply across the country.

Babalola, a former Minister of Power, led a delegation that included NISO's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Bello Moham, along with other management team members. During the meeting, they reviewed the operations of the national grid and assessed the ongoing power sector reforms.

Babalola emphasized the importance of prudent resource management and operational discipline to achieve a reliable electricity network, while Moham assured the delegation of NISO's commitment to advancing grid reliability and maintaining high operational standards.
