APGA Leader Nwokeocha Backs Tinubu's Economic Reforms

Elizabeth Nwokeocha, the National Woman Leader of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), defended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's economic reforms during a live interview in Abuja. She acknowledged the current hardships faced by Nigerians but asserted that these challenges are temporary and will eventually lead to economic prosperity.

Nwokeocha highlighted that the reforms introduced by the Tinubu administration aim to reposition Nigeria's economy and urged citizens to be patient. She noted that while the impact of these reforms may not yet be felt, they are designed to yield positive results in the future.

Nwokeocha also mentioned the administration's social intervention programs, which particularly target women, and praised Tinubu's leadership for demonstrating support for women's inclusion in governance. She expressed concern over rising hunger and the cost of living, attributing some of these issues to insecurity affecting agricultural productivity.

Nwokeocha remains optimistic that the government's economic policies will ultimately improve the welfare of Nigerians.
