Tiwa Savage Foundation Grants $2.1M Scholarships to Students

The Tiwa Savage Music Foundation has awarded scholarships totaling $2.1 million to 18 students, aimed at enhancing their music education. This initiative includes hands-on learning experiences in live performance, songwriting, and music production, facilitated by distinguished faculty from Berklee College of Music.

The program emphasizes collaboration and creative exploration, ultimately leading to a grand final concert at the National Theatre, where participants showcased their original works. The concert featured performances across various genres, including Afrobeat, R&B, hip hop, gospel, and jazz fusion, with Berklee faculty leading the ensembles.
