Tompolo urges Lagos to support Tinubu for 2027 election

Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, leader of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, called on Lagos residents to secure a convincing victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election. Speaking at a campaign rally in Lagos, Tompolo urged residents to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and stressed that the outcome of the 2023 presidential election should not be repeated.

He described Tinubu as a courageous leader who has implemented significant economic reforms, benefiting Nigerians. Tompolo attributed Lagos's development to the foundation laid by Tinubu during his governorship from 1999 to 2007 and argued that Tinubu's experience could replicate this success nationally.

He encouraged grassroots mobilization for Tinubu's re-election. Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu also expressed confidence in Tinubu's administration, urging voters to reject opposition politicians and highlighting the administration's achievements in various sectors.
