Esther Tonlagha Honored Among Top 100 African Women

Pastor (Mrs) Esther Tonlagha, the Chief Executive Officer of the Esther Matthew Tonlagha Foundation (EMT Foundation), received recognition as one of the Top 100 Reputable Women of African Descent for 2026. This honor was awarded during the Africa Women Summit (AWS) UK Conference 2026, which took place on Saturday at the Hilton Croydon in the United Kingdom.

The conference, themed “Her Power, Her Purpose, Her Platform,” aimed to unite women, leaders, partners, and stakeholders to discuss women's leadership, empowerment, and their roles in fostering positive change. In her response to the recognition, Tonlagha expressed that it held significant meaning for her and the foundation, emphasizing that it represented the collective efforts of the team, volunteers, partners, and supporters who have contributed to the foundation's mission of community development.
