ADC Leaders Visit Kano for Kwankwaso's Defection

A delegation of top leaders from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) arrived in Kano State to facilitate the impending defection of former Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso. The group included notable political figures such as former Senate President David Mark, former Minister of Interior Rauf Aregbesola, and former Anambra Governor Peter Obi.

Other members of the delegation were former Sokoto State Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, former Minister of Transport Rotimi Amaechi, Senator Dino Melaye, former APC National Chairman John Odigi Oyegun, and former Imo State Governor Emeka Ihedioha. They landed at Malam Aminu Kano International Airport and were received by former Deputy Governor Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo.

Following their arrival, the delegation proceeded to Kwankwaso's residence on Miller Road in Kano metropolis to finalize preparations for his official defection to the ADC. This event is seen as a significant signal of political realignment in anticipation of future elections.
