Nigeria Tourism Minister Woos Investors, Targets $100bn Sector Growth by 2030

The Minister of Arts, Culture, and Tourism, Hannatu Musa Musawa, urged local and international investors to tap into Nigeria's rapidly expanding cultural tourism and creative economy at the Nigeria Tourism Investor Forum and Exhibition 2025 in Abuja. The government aims to boost the sector's contribution to Nigeria's GDP to $100 billion by 2030, creating two million jobs, especially for young people.

This initiative aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's economic diversification plan, focusing on policy reforms, infrastructure development, and partnerships to leverage Nigeria's cultural wealth for sustainable economic growth.
