Trabzonspor Rejects €11M Bid for Striker Paul Onuachu

Trabzonspor has turned down a second bid of €11 million from Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli for Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu. The Turkish club holds a higher valuation for the 32-year-old, who had a standout season in the Turkish Super Lig, finishing as a joint top scorer with 22 goals.

Trabzonspor's president, Ertuğrul, confirmed that the club received bids for seven players during the current transfer window, with Onuachu among those whose futures depend on receiving an appropriate offer. Trabzonspor's head coach, Fatih Tekke, is actively seeking a mobile striker capable of contributing defensively, which suggests that Onuachu's departure is increasingly likely if the right price is met.

Onuachu's impressive performances last season, including a goal in the Turkish Cup final, have solidified his value, making it difficult for the club to argue against a higher valuation.
