Transnational Corporation Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors will meet on April 24, 2026 to approve the company's unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The filing also confirms that the company entered a Closed Period on April 1, 2026, prohibiting all insiders from trading in the company's securities until 24 hours after the Q1 2026 results are released to the public.

The Closed Period will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q1 2026 Financials have been officially released to the Exchange and the general public.
During this Closed Period, all company insiders are prohibited from dealing in Transcorp's securities. The notice was signed by Group Company Secretary Atinuke Kolade on behalf of the company. Transcorp's board includes Chairman Tony O. Elumelu CFR, Vice Chairman Dr. Foluke Abdulrazaq OON, and President/Group CEO Owen D. Omogiafo OON, among other directors. The company is registered with RC number 611238 and is headquartered at 38 Glover Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
