Transcorp Hotels Q1 2026 Results Board Approval Date Set

Transcorp Hotels Plc (NGX: TRANSCOHOT) has filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited, disclosing that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on April 23, 2026 to approve the company's Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements, covering the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
