Transcorp Hotels Achieves 38% Revenue Growth to N97bn in 2025

Transcorp Hotels Plc, a subsidiary of Transcorp Group, announced a remarkable 38% revenue growth to N97.04 billion in 2025 compared to N70.13 billion in 2024. The company's market capitalization stood at N1.75 trillion, showcasing a robust financial performance.

Dr. Awel Elumelu, the board chairman, expressed delight at the company's FY 2025 performance, highlighting the growth in assets and equity by 14% and 18%, respectively.

Mr. Uzoamaka Oshogw, the Managing Director and CEO, emphasized the company's focus on operational excellence and business growth while exploring new avenues for sustainable long-term value creation.

The company's operational profit rose by 35% to N35.24 billion, and profit before tax increased by 45% to N32.82 billion in 2025. Transcorp Hotels Plc also recorded a 47% rise in profit after tax to N21.85 billion during the period under review.

The company's total assets grew to N159.91 billion, representing a 14% increase from N140.70 billion in 2024. Transcorp Hotels Plc aims to continue investing in infrastructure and technology to redefine hospitality standards across Africa.
