Transcorp Hotels Plc, a subsidiary of Transnational Corporation Plc, announced a record revenue of N97.04 billion in 2025, representing a substantial 38% increase from the previous year's N70.13 billion. The company's financial report, filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited, highlighted a surge in profit, with gross profit margin expanding to 77% from 71% in FY 2024. Operating profit reached N35.24 billion, a 35% increase from N26.03 billion in 2024, while profit before tax rose by 45% to N32.82 billion. The company's board chair, Dr. Awel Elumelu, expressed delight at the performance, emphasizing the focus on operational excellence and business growth.
