Transcorp Power Announces ₦41.25bn Dividend at AGM

At the 13th Annual General Meeting held at Transcorp Hilton Abuja, Transcorp Power Plc announced a total dividend of ₦41.25 billion for its shareholders. This total includes an interim dividend payment of ₦11 billion, representing ₦1.50 kobo per share, which was paid in August 2025, and a final dividend of ₦30 billion, equivalent to ₦4.00 per share.

The shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, which recorded a revenue of ₦398.27 billion, up from ₦305.94 billion in FY 2024, indicating robust growth. Mr.

Emmanuel Nnorom, Chairman of Transcorp Power Plc, emphasized the company's commitment to improving lives and transforming Africa through strategic investments.
