TCAN Summit to Drive Nigerian Transport Growth and Development by 2025

The Transport Correspondents Association of Nigeria (TCAN) is set to host a summit on September 24, 2025, focusing on the growth and development of the Nigerian transport system by 2025. The event will feature key stakeholders from the transport, marine, and blue economy sectors discussing critical issues such as intermodal cargo evacuation, waterways transportation, aviation challenges, and maritime security.

The Managing Director of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, Kayode Opeifa, will deliver the keynote address. The summit aims to address challenges and explore opportunities for enhancing transport logistics value chains to drive economic growth in Nigeria.

Notable participants include the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA).
