Former U.S. President Donald Trump has hinted at a potential takeover of TikTok operations in the United States by media mogul Rupert Murdoch and tech giants like Oracle and Dell.

In an interview, Trump revealed that Murdoch, along with Larry Ellison and Michael Dell, could be part of an investor group acquiring the app. The restructuring would involve separating TikTok from its Chinese parent company ByteDance and placing it under majority American ownership.
