Turkish Airlines and Air Peace Sign Key Agreement

Turkish Airlines and Air Peace have formalized an interline agreement aimed at improving travel connectivity between Nigeria and Turkey. This partnership enables passengers to enjoy a seamless travel experience with a single ticket, simplifying baggage handling and coordinating schedules.

Turkish Airlines will allow passengers arriving in Lagos to connect effortlessly to Air Peace's extensive domestic network across Nigeria and West Africa. Conversely, Air Peace passengers will gain access to Turkish Airlines' vast global route network via Istanbul, a major aviation hub.

This collaboration is expected to significantly enhance travel options between Nigeria and Turkey, unlocking new commercial and tourism opportunities and strengthening Nigeria's position in the global aviation market. Dr.

Zlem Zy, Senior Vice President of International Relations and Alliances at Turkish Airlines, emphasized the commitment to expanding connectivity across Africa, while Nowel Ngala, Chief Commercial Officer of Air Peace, described the agreement as a milestone in Air Peace's strategy to position Nigeria as a central hub for global connectivity.
