Turkish Airlines and Air Peace Sign Connectivity Agreement

Turkish Airlines and Air Peace have formalized an interline agreement aimed at enhancing connectivity between Nigeria and Turkey. This partnership will enable passengers to enjoy a seamless travel experience with a single ticket, coordinated schedules, and simplified baggage handling.

The agreement allows Turkish Airlines passengers arriving in Lagos to connect effortlessly to Air Peace's extensive domestic network across Nigeria and West Africa. Conversely, Air Peace passengers will gain access to Turkish Airlines' vast global route network via Istanbul, a major aviation hub.

Dr. Zlem Zy, Senior Vice President of International Relations and Alliances at Turkish Airlines, emphasized that this agreement reinforces their commitment to expanding connectivity across Africa.

Nowel Ngala, Chief Commercial Officer of Air Peace, described the partnership as a significant milestone in Air Peace's strategy to position Nigeria as a central global connectivity hub. Turkish Airlines operates a modern fleet, including wide-body aircraft, and offers premium onboard experiences.
