UBA Foundation Launches 2025 National Essay Competition Offering ₦22.5 Million in University Grants

UBA Foundation has introduced the 2025 National Essay Competition, providing Nigerian secondary school students with the opportunity to win educational grants totaling ₦22.5 million to study at universities in Africa. The first-place winner will receive ₦10 million, with second and third place winners receiving ₦7.5 million and ₦5 million, respectively.

In addition to the grants, the top 12 finalists will be rewarded with brand new laptops and educational tools to aid their academic journey. The competition aims to promote literacy, critical thinking, and intellectual excellence among students in Nigeria.

Interested students must submit their essays by October 17, 2025, through the official UBA Foundation website.
