UBA Pension Hosts 12th Annual Sports Tournament in Lagos

UBA Pension is set to host its 12th annual sports tournament on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Upbeat Recreation Centre in Lekki, Lagos. The theme for this year's tournament is "Move, Connect, Thrive," and it aims to bring together pension professionals from across the industry.

The event will kick off at 9:00 AM and will feature activities such as football, relay races, track events, and fitness drills, with participation from 23 pension fund administrators (PFAs), including notable organizations like Leadway Pension, FCMB Pension, and Stanbic IBTC Pension. Bless Ogwu, the Managing Director of UBA Pension, emphasized that the tournament is part of the company's strategy to deepen relationships within the pension ecosystem.
