United Capital Plc (NGX: UCAP) has issued a regulatory notice disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene in Lagos on Friday, October 23, 2026. The primary agenda item is the consideration of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026.

In line with the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), a closed period takes effect from October 1, 2026.
