Nicky Butt advises Arteta to drop Gyökeres for UCL final

Nicky Butt, a Manchester United icon, has suggested that Arsenal's manager Mikel Arteta should drop striker Viktor Gyökeres from the starting lineup for the UEFA Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). Arsenal has reached the Champions League final for the second time in their history, the first being two decades ago, after defeating Atletico Madrid 2-1 on aggregate in the semi-finals.

PSG, the defending champions, overcame Bayern Munich 6-5 in their semi-final. Butt expressed skepticism regarding Arteta's squad's ability to overcome PSG, citing their lack of counter-attack capabilities and speed as primary reasons for concern.

He stated that he does not see anyone defeating PSG, giving them a 70% probability of winning the trophy in Budapest. While acknowledging Arsenal's defensive posture, Butt emphasized the need for Leandro Trossard's pace over Gyökeres, who has shown exceptional performance recently, including scoring twice against Fulham.
