Onuachu Out for Trabzonspor's Match Against Hearts
Paul Onuachu, the Nigerian striker for Trabzonspor, has been ruled out of the UEFA Europa Conference League clash against Scottish club Heart of Midlothian. Trabzonspor's head coach, Thomas Reis, confirmed that Onuachu will miss the match scheduled for Thursday at Papara Park as he continues to recover from an injury sustained during Trabzonspor's 4-2 victory over Finnish club KuPS last Thursday.
Onuachu scored the opening goal in that match but was substituted seven minutes later due to his injury. Reis indicated that the match against Hearts would come too soon for Onuachu, but he could potentially return for Trabzonspor's next Turkish league fixture against Rizespor.
Reis mentioned that while Onuachu's absence is a setback for the team, they are hopeful for his recovery ahead of the domestic match.
