UEFA Fines Chelsea, Barcelona, Aston Villa, Others For Financial Fair Play Breaches (FULL LIST)

UEFA has fined Chelsea, Barcelona, Aston Villa, and other clubs for breaching financial fair play regulations. Chelsea and Villa were penalized for failing to comply with squad cost rules, with Chelsea ordered to pay a 31 million euro fine.

Barcelona incurred a 15 million euro fine, with a potential additional 45 million euro penalty if they fail to comply. Aston Villa must pay 11 million euro, with a risk of a 15 million euro fine for breaching the terms of the agreement.

French club Lyon was also fined 2 million euro and excluded from European competition for relegation to Ligue 2 due to financial reasons. These penalties come as part of UEFA's efforts to ensure clubs adhere to financial sustainability requirements.
