UHREIT Q1 2026: NAV, Occupancy Rates and Property Yields
UH Real Estate Investment Trust filed its Q1 2026 Key Performance Metrics report covering the period ended 31 March 2026. The filing discloses the trust's net asset value, property portfolio details, occupancy rates, yields, and delinquency data across nine properties.
UHREIT disclosed a net asset value (NAV) of ₦28,253,496,525 as at 31 March 2026, covering a portfolio of nine properties spread across Lagos and Abuja. The portfolio comprises blocks of flats, semi-detached houses, and terraced units, with a total delinquency rate on rents of 0.60%.
Seven of the nine properties recorded 100% occupancy. Contemporary Apartment in Parkview-Ikoyi posted a 50% occupancy rate, while Amina Court in Apo, Abuja reported 80% occupancy. All other properties were fully occupied.
Property yields ranged from 2% at Continental Apartment on Victoria Island to 6.52% at Victoria Crest V in Ajah, Lagos. Victoria Crest V is the newest asset in the portfolio at three years old, while Macdonald Court and Savannah Court are the oldest at 16 years each.
The portfolio spans key locations including Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Lekki in Lagos, as well as Jabi and Apo in Abuja. Tenancy arrangements across all nine properties are on an annual basis. Continental Apartment on Victoria Island is the only property with corporate tenants; all others are occupied by individuals.
