Union Bank Opens 2026 Management Trainee Programme Applications

Union Bank has opened applications for its 2026 Management Trainee Programme, inviting eligible young graduates to apply by the deadline of August 28, 2026. The programme aims to develop high-performing graduates into well-rounded bankers through a combination of technical and soft skills training, on-the-job experience, and exposure to various areas of the bank's operations.

To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least a Second-Class Lower division or an HND with a Lower Credit. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of five O'Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.

Candidates must be 27 years old or younger at the time of application and must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme, holding either a discharge certificate or a certificate of exemption. Union Bank is also recruiting for a Tech Bootcamp, which has similar eligibility criteria.
