Keystone Bank Inducts 62 Young Professionals from Academy

Keystone Bank Limited graduated and inducted 62 young professionals from the 29th Stream of its Banking School Programme, following their successful completion of a four-month intensive training. This cohort, consisting of 34 females and 28 males, achieved the best overall academic performance in the history of the program.

Hassan Imam, Managing Director & CEO of Keystone Bank, emphasized that the graduation signifies the beginning of the trainees' careers and the future of the bank. He highlighted the bank's investments in its workforce as crucial for long-term growth.

Dele Alabi, president and chairman of the Council of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), praised Keystone Bank for its commitment to developing young banking professionals and urged the graduates to prioritize integrity in their careers. Abimbola Alabi, Head of the Learning Academy at Keystone Bank, described the Banking School experience as transformative, aimed at developing competent entry-level bankers and future leaders.
