United Nigeria Airlines reported a bird strike incident involving an Airbus A320-200 aircraft during a scheduled flight UN0515 from Port Harcourt to Abuja on Wednesday. The aircraft encountered the bird strike upon landing, affecting the nose section.

Following standard safety procedures, the airline immediately withdrew the aircraft from service to conduct a detailed inspection in line with aviation safety protocols. The airline expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to passengers and emphasized that safety remains its top priority.
